The company is located in Aurangabad. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Trainer in Aurangabad. The EV Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs for electric mobility vehicles and associated systems. The trainer will also be responsible for creating training materials, lab setup and maintenance, and conducting assessments to evaluate training effectiveness. Qualifications Knowledge of and experience in electric vehicle technology and systems Experience in developing and delivering training programs Proficiency in using training development tools/software Experience in setting up and maintaining training labs Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience Certification in EV technology or related field is a plus.
