Responsibilities: * Prepare BOQ/Proposals/Budget Estimates based on user needs.

Prepare project drawings through third-party/consultants
Mobilize the project resources through contractor
Supervise/manage day to day field work, including contracted work in compliance with company standards/SOPs/specifications/codes and statutory compliances
Conduct meetings with contractors for project activity planning in order to execute works as per schedule.
Ensure all the materials are tested by Quality and entered in stores records
Ensures all changes to specifications/work scope/ drawings are documented
Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture
Ensure timely completion of civil projects with approved quality, time and budgeted cost.
Process civil project invoices through PR/SES
Maintain housekeeping at project site
Maintain/Store project drawings/warranties/user manuals/ operation manuals for equipment installed in the project
