As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments to support our organic food production and value chain. This is a full-time position based in Kottayam, Kerala, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician in the FMCG or food industry.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Experience operating and maintaining GCMS, LCMS, HPLC, and Spectrometre.
Knowledge of laboratory best practices and safety protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as GCMS, LCMS, HPLC, and Spectrometre.
Conduct chemical analysis using various techniques and instruments.
Prepare samples for testing and perform sample analysis.
Record and analyze test data, and prepare reports.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
Assist in the development and improvement of laboratory procedures and protocols.
