As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time position based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and budgets
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other financial reports
Monitor and analyze financial data to recommend improvements and strategies
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and drive efficiency
Provide support during financial audits
Stay updated on regulatory changes and accounting best practices
