Must have a deep knowledge & understanding of Electrical Parts. Must have a basic knowledge of development of critical parts likr Head Lamp, Speedometer, Wiring Harness, Stater Motors, Switches, Radiator Fan.etc Must understand APQP Product Development Processes Must have good exposure to Supplier/Vendor base, also child part like LCD, LED, Transistor, Electronics parts , Connectors. Must have basic knowledge of product costing & attributes Leadership skills and experience in Handling key Electrical suppliers. Techno-commercial acumen Must be able to work well in a Team & have experience of working in CFTs. Demonstrate inter-personal skills to manage internal and external stake holders. Must have good Linguistic Skills in English. Any local or foreign languages will be a plus. Persuasive, positive outlook & negotiation skills Prior experience in EV project will be highly preferable
