JD - Regional Human Resource Officer 1. Working as an Active Performer in Recruitment. 2. Contributing skills to achieve the goals and targets of the business. 3. Source Candidates through Naukri Portal, Campus, Social Media Hiring, References etc. 4. Managing internal hiring and ensuring on-time fulfillment of the open positions. 5. Provide administrative support to all functions within the department. 6. Help in providing standard employment letters and other transactional activities. 7. Handle employee and payroll information and ensure confidentiality and security of information. 8. Organize, maintain and update Employee Files and share it with HO team on regular basis. 9. HR SPOC to address & resolve HR Related issues. 10. Attendance and Leave, salary, KRAs, MIS Data, day to day issues and grievances. 11. Visit locations and keep connecting with employees. 12. Find out the improvement area, arrange training related to the same. 13. Conduct employee engagement activities as per plan and need. 14. Conduct employee induction under their purview Branches other locations as and when required. 15. Co-ordination for training. 16. Ensure that all relevant communications will reach to the employees and they understand. 17. Awareness on new HR initiatives. 18. SPOC for branches/location under his purview. 19. Conduct exit interview for resigned and abscond employee.
