We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Manager to lead our Cyber Security Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity operations and management, along with a strong commitment to maintaining a 24/7 shift model. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, who can collaborate closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and other key stakeholders to ensure the organization's cybersecurity posture remains robust and resilient. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Security team, including incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's cybersecurity capabilities and resilience. Collaborate closely with the CISO and other senior leadership to align cybersecurity objectives with business goals and priorities. Establish and maintain a 24/7 shift model to ensure continuous monitoring and response to security incidents and threats. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive excellence and accountability. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of security services and solutions. Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity, and proactively recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on cybersecurity matters, including regulatory compliance and audits. Lead incident response efforts during security breaches or incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize impact and restore normal operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations, with a proven track record of leadership and management. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. Experience with leading cybersecurity tools and technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and CarbonBlack. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other Microsoft Cyber related certifications would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to address cybersecurity risks and challenges. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift model, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
