Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Roles And Responsibilities Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and components according to blueprints and specifications Inspect and test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as they arise Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
