-Degree of B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Diploma in Mechanical.- 5 years + experience – Auto Component / HVAC / Engineering Industry.- Coordinates between production, marketing, procurement & dispatch.-Prepares monthly production plan for each machine separately.- Assigns resources such as machinery, raw materials, and labor to optimize production output while minimizing the cost.- Ensures production as per MOQ or execution at appropriate differential rates.- Fixes the production plan based on the orders /Sales Production received from marketing considering the inventory level with optimum utilization of installed machine.- Implements quality assurance measures and checks at various stages o production to maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects.- Coordinates with the Customer as and when required or instructed by the AGM.- Uses idle capacity to create Buffer stock.- Devices accurate methodology having method study of manufacturing with the other engineering economic principles.For more details call on 7043214151 or send your cv on netal@postaresume.co.in
