Renewbuy.com is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales team and channel partners. Your primary focus will be on training our team on insurance products and sales techniques to enhance their knowledge and improve their sales performance. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to assess training needs, design training modules, and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions. In addition to delivering training, you will also assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for familiarizing our sales team with our insurance products, explaining the features and benefits, and helping them understand how to effectively sell our products to customers. You will play a key role in ensuring that our sales team is well-informed, confident, and equipped with the necessary skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
