Job Description1. Leadership and Management:

Provide leadership and direction to all departments within the plant, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and administration.
Set clear objectives and goals for each department and ensure alignment with overall plant and company objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.

2. Operations Management:

Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material intake to finished product delivery, to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all aspects of production and operations.
Implement and maintain quality control systems to monitor product quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues or customer concerns promptly.

4. Supply Chain and Logistics:

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies required for production.
Optimize inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory levels.
Streamline logistics and distribution processes to ensure on-time delivery of finished products to customers.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

Prioritize employee safety and environmental sustainability throughout plant operations.
Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility among employees.

6. Budgeting and Financial Management:

Develop annual operating budgets and manage plant expenses within budgetary constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to enhance plant profitability.
Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
