Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Starlit Suites in Kolkata. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will also assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in Hotel sales and achieving sales targets Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IDS software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management 3 year Experience in the Hotel Sales is mandatory Local Candidates who can join in a short notice will be preferred
