Position Overview: We are currently looking for a Head of Sales and Business Development, an individual who demonstrates resilience, empathy, and a deep-rooted passion for fostering business growth. This leadership role involves steering the company's business development efforts, spearheading our sales strategy, and playing a critical part in the company's expansion. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives. International Client Engagement: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with international clientele to drive business growth. Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for converting these leads into long-term clients. Project Acquisition: Leverage platforms such as Freelancer, GURU, UPWORK, and Freelancer to secure new projects. Client Support and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and facilitate seamless communication with our expert team. Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the sales and business development team to enhance their capabilities and performance. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly regarded. At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or IT services sector. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving growth objectives. Proficiency in managing international client relationships and business negotiations. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. A proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Proven expertise in developing and executing successful business development strategies. Strong track record in lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets. Experience in managing key accounts and fostering long-term client relationships. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Additional Skills (Beneficial): In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. Proficiency in market research and analysis. Excellent project management skills.
