Designation: Director – Technology ServicesExperience: 15 years and aboveJob DescriptionAs the Director of Technology Services, your main responsibility will be to lead a team of technology consultants who are dedicated to providing top-quality solutions and services to our clients. You will be in charge of providing strategic direction, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of technology consulting projects. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in technology consulting, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and mentor the technology consulting team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering exceptional client value.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Develop tailored technology solutions and provide expert guidance on technology strategy and implementation.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology consulting projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Technology Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership on technology innovation and its potential impact on clients. Collaborate with technical experts to design and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for expanding our technology consulting services. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualification▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.▪ Proven experience (15 years) in technology consulting or related roles, with a focus on delivering business value through technology solutions.▪ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.▪ Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.▪ Deep understanding of technology trends, including cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.Preferred Skills and Qualification▪ Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.▪ Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.▪ Experience working with overseas client (USA/Europe)Interested Candidates send Resume jayaseelan.c@cielhr.com / What’s App: 7094008287
