Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing and Content Creation Specialist at SJS and KS Desis, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our cow products while advocating for the well-being of these gentle creatures. In addition to crafting compelling content that highlights the importance of ethical treatment of cows and promoting our range of sustainable cow products, you will also focus on soil conservation initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to merge your passion for animal welfare with your expertise in digital marketing and environmental conservation to drive holistic awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our range of cow products and soil conservation efforts Create visually appealing and informative content that educates consumers about the benefits of our cow products, the ethical practices behind their production, and the importance of soil conservation. Produce engaging videos and reels that showcase the journey of our cow products from farm to table, highlight our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare, and emphasize the role of soil care in sustainable agriculture. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product launch strategies, promotions, and partnerships to maximize reach and sales. Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and website content to drive traffic to our online store and increase conversion rates. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes related to ethical farming and sustainable agriculture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. (Minimum 1year) Strong empathy towards animals, particularly cows, and a genuine interest in promoting their welfare. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and marketing copy. Prior experience in promoting sustainable or ethical products is a plus. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
