Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Secretary to Director at KAP Global Investment Services located in Lucknow. The Secretary will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, clerical skills, communication, personal assistance, and diary management. They will provide support to the Director in daily operations, schedule management, and coordination of meetings and events. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Personal Assistance Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in diary management and scheduling Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
