Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking, and possess a bachelors degree. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a crucial role in new client acquisition and cross-selling financial products.Key Responsibilities:New Client Acquisition:Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.Cross-Selling:Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.Financial Analysis:Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable products.Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.Achievement of Targets:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Travel requirement::Up to 70% travelRequirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of financial products and services.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented and target-driven.
