You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning to support the companys growth and success.RequirementsFinancial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide financial forecasts and projections to support decision-making.Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.Cash Management: Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and optimize cash positions. Implement effective cash management strategies to support operational needs and investment opportunities.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance metrics tracking. Identify areas for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and efficiency improvement.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the finance department.Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls. Implement best practices to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and mitigate risks.Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations. Collaborate with executive management on long-term financial goals and strategies.Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience (X years) in accounting and financial management roles, with a track record of leadership and achievement.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
