This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in telecalling.Qualifications and Skills

Salary for Freshers - 12K - 18K In Hand
Salary for Experience - 15 to 25 % Hike on last salary

Make outbound calls to potential candidates
Convince candidates to join our organization
Explain job opportunities and benefits to candidates
Collect and record candidate information accurately
Maintain confidentiality of candidate data
Provide excellent customer service during calls
Follow up with candidates for further steps
Meet individual and team targets
Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate requirements
