Roles and Responsibilities

Conducting recruitment activities for various clients in alignment with company standards
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews
Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Assisting in the on-boarding process of selected candidates
Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
