End to End Account Management of the program (accounting, program management) Experience : 16 Yrs. And above. JD Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Optimize costs of organization wide through an appropriate mix of internal and external resources Improving the effectiveness across Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Create new business opportunities in Cloud, Infrastructure and Security through delivery excellence and sales leaders Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Drive new initiatives by working with Delivery Excellence, Operations Maturity, CoE's etc., Lead the new design on new opportunities Drive Automations across Cloud, Infra, Security and DB Formulate strategic and operational objectives Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets, invoices, monthly billing and forecasts Find ways to increase quality of customer service Manage Operations and Projects team across Cloud, Infra and Security Work with other horizontals to collaborate in winning and creating new business.
