Preparation of Flash MIS and Final MIS Analysis of variances vis a vis Budget on monthly basis. Variance analysis of PL against budget and Plan Preparation of Annual Budget considering Sales, Marketing, R & D, Production departments, Concurrence R & D expenses based on justification and requirement after comparing with Budget and release in SAP Preparation of Daily Dash Board report which is based on daily status of Sales Order, Receivables, Sales and Production Preparation of Monthly sales report - territory wise, product wise, Plant wise and RMC calculation based on sales - SAP Based, Preparation of purchase saving report considering budget RM purchase rate and Actual purchase rate - SAP Based Verification of Sales Order in SAP after comparison of SP, Commission, mode of transport and PT in SAP with Budget Monthly tracking of UID cost against budget, Preparation of PL like - Prime SPL, Japan PL, USA PL
