- Ph.D. in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.

- Demonstrated research and publication record in information technology or a related field.
- Ability to develop and teach courses in areas such as software engineering, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cyber security, and mobile computing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring and supervising students in research projects.
