Role & Responsibilities : - Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.- Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.- Build relationships with clients.- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Assist in store operations.- Support in marketing activities by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans and assisting in execution.Preferred Candidate Profile : 1. Personal Traits :- Pleasing, Professional and Polished appearance.- Proactive with good presence of mind.- High level of detail orientation.- Fast learner.- Flexible to take on multiple responsibilities.2. Professional Background & Functional Knowledge :- Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.- Extensive experience in personal customer liaison with HNI clients.- Professional experience in a sales role for high end watches and jewellery will be preferred.3. Skills :- Ability to hold conversations with ultra HNIs.- Effective communicator. Excellent in written and oral English. Any other foreign language will be an added advantage.- Ability to adaptively perform in an evolving environment4.
