Roles And Responsibilities Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop a detailed plan for civil construction activities. Site Preparation: Ensure that the project site is properly prepared for construction activities. This involves coordinating activities such as site clearance, leveling, and soil testing to ensure a solid foundation for the solar plant. Construction Supervision: Oversee the construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor the progress of construction tasks, resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, and make necessary adjustments to the construction plan as required. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all civil works meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance, and address any non-compliance or deficiencies promptly. Material Management: Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials required for civil works.
