• Prepared Technical Standard Specification (Pipe Stress Analysis, Critical Line List).
• Reviewed the Piping Stress Critical Line List for mentioned projects.
• Reviewed flexibility analysis (both static & dynamic (modal) of piping system (AG/UG) in CAESAR II for the lines connected to Compressors (Centrifugal & Reciprocating), Turbines, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns, Closed-Couple Equipment, Pumps and Tanks.
• Reviewed Static equivalent analysis of seismic, wind load, slug flow, PSV Force analysis etc. as per the load case philosophy.
• Reviewed Secondary Stress Calculation like Flange leakage check, WRC 107/297 check, Skirt Expansion and Trunnion Qualification Calculation.
• Prepared Equipment & Piping packages which fall under the purview of IBR.
• Carryout the WTPA (Walk through Piping Audit – Piping Support Audit at Plant) and issue report against the same.

• Awareness of Piping material specifications
• Awareness of Valve and specialty data sheets.
• Understanding of equipment layouts,
• Prepare of Piping layouts and Isometrics

• Familiarity with Autocad and proficiency in MS Office.
• Awareness of 3D modelling especially with CAESAR II & Autocad software.
