- Review of detail drawings and Design(Sizing Calculations) for Equipments.
- Review of technical deliverables (module layout, performance calculations & estimations, SLD, Cable routing drawings, earthing & lightning layout & calculations) & value addition wrt optimization (quantity)
- Submission of design document and drawings to client for approval
- Maintaining Document Control Index(DCI) for Document Tracking
- Coordination with Site Team and Client to meet the requirements of design and drawings
- Checking BOQ and material with respect to previous projects
- Interaction with Client for Drawing Approval and Clarification
- Interaction with Site for Clarification on drawing
- Interaction with SCM for Clarification on drawing
- Vendor interactions. Review of technical evaluation of vendors. Decision making of vendor selection as evaluated by Design Engineer
- To provide Input to engineers of critical contingencies of critical equipment (for allowing contingencies).
- To provide Input to team for preparation of schemes.
- Clarification of equipment design specifications to contract team.
