Company Description Pragathi Association for Rural Development (PARD INDIA) is a not-for-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act of 35/2001. Our focus is on empowering deprived children, their families, and communities through education, health, and environment initiatives. Our volunteers, staff, and members primarily come from local communities and work alongside them to find solutions to their problems at the grassroots level. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager located in Visakhapatnam, with some flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the organization's brand, developing partnerships with other organizations, conducting market research, and creating content to support marketing efforts. Most importantly need to work on securing considerable CSR projects for the NGO and the efforts of which shall be reasonably compensated apart from the regular remuneration for the part time services being rendered by the individual. Qualifications Marketing strategy development and execution skills Experience in creating and managing brand identity Partner and stakeholder management skills Market research and analysis skills Content creation and copywriting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills An understanding of and commitment to PARD INDIA's mission and values A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field We also value candidates with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
