Ensuring proper SPA and PEP implementation. BRDM/DM development initiatives. Strategize & drive HO & Zonal initiatives in close co-ordination with ZVP/RVP Responsible for Recruitment targets with effective and efficient funnel management Data analysis along with problem identification & suggesting solutions. Drive Inputs. NEW RDM /New Branches / LEAP Branches productivity-( Lic and APE ) Ensure Efficient NEW RDM Onboarding Implementation of process 6915 Ensuring their development activities happen as per process and requirement (Recruitment and Sales) Responsible for implementation and institutionalization of transformation processes Achieving SPP target
