Job Title: Onboarding Specialist Job Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist you play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in the FMCG industry. Leveraging your experience in appointing distributors and launching new FMCG products, you will be responsible for meeting retailers and onboarding them to our network. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our network in the FMCG sector. Responsibilities: Distributor Network Expansion: Utilize your expertise to identify, evaluate, and appoint retailers in strategic locations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company objectives. New Product Launch: Lead the onboarding process for new FMCG products, ensuring a smooth introduction into the market. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective launch strategies. Retailer Engagement: Personally meet retailers, presenting our FMCG products, and articulating the value proposition of joining our network. Address inquiries and provide information to retailers regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotional initiatives. Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring efficient and timely integration of retailers into our network. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance the overall experience for retailers. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance the effectiveness of onboarding strategies. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in appointing distributors and launching new products. Strong understanding of distributor management, network expansion, and market dynamics in the FMCG sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with retailers. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills and Competencies: Relationship-building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to devise and implement strategic plans for distributor and retailer onboarding. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Negotiation: Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with distributors and retailers. Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
