As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to our students, guiding them through complex mathematical concepts or scientific computing principles. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in Mathematics or Scientific Computing. Conduct engaging and interactive classes that foster student participation and learning. Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students as needed. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow instructors and academic staff to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades. Requirements: Research Scholar (Pursuing PhD) or Masters degree from IIT in Mathematics or Scientific Computing. Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students of varying backgrounds and skill levels. Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred. Interview Rounds: Candidates will undergo three interview rounds to assess their qualifications, teaching abilities, and compatibility with our organization's values and culture.
