Position: Business Development Manager - Enterprise Solutions Company : Integrated Tech9labs Pvt. Ltd. ( www.tech9labs.com ) Job Location: Okhla, New Delhi Experience: 5-15 Years. Budget: 10-20 Lakhs fixed + variable We are looking for an entrepreneurial-driven colleague for our client to help lead the strategic development and execution of sales and farming Key accounts. Our ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision and the ability to execute it. Responsibilities: Acquire an in-depth understanding of the corporate segment within the Delhi/NCR to identify key clients and to promote and sell the entire range of IT datacentre-related technologies. Establish relationships with customers and secure contracts and execute strategy for account and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. Drive the entire sales cycle from customer engagement to closed sales. Qualify opportunities inside the account and create solutions. Consult about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects. Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers. Draft and deliver proposals. Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements. Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales. Report on sales activity. Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions. Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods. Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems. Key Techno-commercial Acumen: Understand a wide range of solutions & services around IT infrastructure like Intel Servers, Storage, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, UNIX Servers, Virtualization, data centre solutions, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions. Experience in Advisory and helping customers in creating business cases for the transformation of their IT infrastructure. Should be able to understand Hybrid cloud environment and DR/BCP Should be equipped to handle cloud-specific technologies. Should know emails and ERP setups. Understand TCO orientation towards technology tech-refresh Qualification & Experience: Bachelors Engineering degree from a premium college or MBA preferred. Throughout your education should have cleared examination >60% (10th, 12th, B.Tech/MBA) Minimum 5 years of proven success in solution-based selling, preferably IT Infrastructure to manufacturing, BFSI and ITeS industries. Proven sales experience in Servers, Storage, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, UNIX Servers, Virtualization, Data centre solutions, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions along with Network & Network Security related Solutions. Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Critical listener with effective questioning.
