- Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and priorities with evolving business needs.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites (e.g., Kanban boards, Scrum boards, documentation, wiki pages, etc.)
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and monitor progress throughout the program lifecycle.
- Collaborate, liaise between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define program requirements, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate on the initiatives such as Change Management Program, work on continuous improvement. Ensure compliance to Company policies and while adapting industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues or challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize program risks.
- Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and communications to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Contribute to customer relationship management by focusing on documenting strategies, creation meeting agenda and reporting as required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices to enhance program management processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the program team to promote high performance and achieve program goals.
- Prepare and present program updates, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Willingness to perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
- Understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of position.
