Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at A J Engineering located in Surat. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and maintaining effective communication. The role will also involve executive administrative assistance and utilizing clerical skills to support the organization. Qualifications Administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Proficiency in clerical tasks Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office and office management software Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
