Job Summary :- As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers via inbound or outbound calls in a US process. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services to drive sales revenue.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries regarding products or services.- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to identify opportunities for sales.- Provide accurate information about products or services, including features, pricing, and promotions.- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with customers.- Update customer information in the database following each interaction.- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving sales performance.- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, call quality, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications :- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.- Strong persuasive selling skills and ability to handle objections effectively.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.- Authorization to work in the United States.
