Individually Manage Site Execution as per Drawings with strong knowledge of executing civil, interior landscape works. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Should be capable of handling 2- 3 individual project execution with minimal guidance, have a good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on check BOQ & attend regular site client meetings. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. Assignments require independent action decision-making as well as the ability to work with others. Complete the work as per scheduled deadlines & as per quality standard.
