Job Description: We are actively seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Sales team. This role involves creating and expanding our client portfolio through proactive business development strategies. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for new business development by diligently following up on leads and conducting in-depth research on target clients. Generate new business by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales process to successfully close new business opportunities. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach. Develop compelling pitches to engage and win prospective clients. Requirements: 0-1 years of experience in Sales. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E with MBA (Marketing). Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred. Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect and interact with potential customers. Good presentation skills. Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management. Demonstrated persuasiveness, systematic approach, and goal-oriented mindset. Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Professional and confident communication with clients. Strong analytical and time-management skills. Willingness to travel for meetings. Commitment to a long-term association with the company.
