You will have to engage with internal Honeywell customers/external customers to generate demand for GES from assigned region/ pole /for initiative and organize / so that projects are delivered on time, and to a defined scope and quality level that meets cost constraints. You will manage various stakeholders such as design /application engineers, subcontractors etc. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, engineering deviation and customer satisfaction goals and objectives for various assigned Energy/Sustainability projects. Key Responsibilities: Site survey and inputs gathering from the drawings and specifications, understand the Energy systems and solution proposal. Perform baseline, Energy savings and ROI calculations. Perform Energy Audit as per ASHRAE guidelines and preparation of reports. Products selection and proposals, selection of instruments and Meters. Good knowledge of HVAC/BMS and integrations with third party devices Responsible for project related communication with customer. Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers/Location Co-coordinators and/or functional peer group managers often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team Commissioning the system Energy Measurement & Verifications including trend analysis and reports verifications. Impart technical trainings as necessary to team members. Qualification BE/BTECH (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) Experience - 3 to 5 Years in Energy Management & Audit. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Ceritified Energy Auditor (CEA) is a plus
