That’s why in early 2020 we began rolling out our expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees around the world.We empower our employees to manage their financial well-being and help them plan.In this role, you’re expected to:The Transformation Program Office is responsible for the governance of Citi’s Transformation Program and the related, centralized processes and procedures required to effectively manage the oversight and execution of the Transformation Action Plan. The Transformation Governance Program Manager may have responsibilities spanning across Article/MRA/Gap and Milestone closure, or corrective action plan management. The Lead will need to effectively partner with stakeholders across the CAO and business functions to support the ongoing processes, continually improve the guidance and drive towards efficient and sustainable best practices. This role may also be involved in the creation of reporting directly shared with the Regulators.The work performed by the Program Manager impacts the effectiveness of the Transformation Program Office, which impacts the overall execution of the Transformation Program.Key Responsibilities:Leads planning, direction, execution, and monitoring of day-to-day activities related to the closure processesOversees and support applicable queues and ensure appropriate actions are completedMaintains and/or update applicable logs and/or databases to reflect status changesDrives adherence to closure processes, procedures, methods, and standardsSupports stakeholders as closure process subject-matter-expertMonitors reports to ensure appropriate process steps are followed by stakeholdersPerforms quality reviews of stakeholder delivered documentationCoordinates with Program Group to ensure that the provided documentation is sufficient to meet process requirementsUpdates procedure and supplemental documents when requiredManages and maintains recordkeeping documentation to ensure an audit ready environmentSupports the preparation and maintenance of progress and status reportsLeads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of workEscalates program risks to TPO and / or CAO Management, when appropriateReconciliation, creation, processing of approved changes of CAPs (corrective action plans) as requiredAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparencyAs a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:Overall Experience of 10-12 years with hands-on execution experience on program management and a good exposure to program governance activitiesExcellent organizational, project/program management skills with proven experience driving large, dynamic programs with a sense of urgency.Ability to lead, motivate and influence others; diplomacy skills to negotiate and persuade at all levelsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive mannerProactivity, multitasking and ability to Coordinate interdisciplinary teams in projects of high impact and change management.Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships, service attitude, teamwork.Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), especially in data entry/extract/reportingAbility to work independently, take ownership and drive parts of the program/projectSound awareness of Citi business policies, processes, structure, and applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and follow-upExperience with Citi organization a plusExperience with Citi iCAPs system a plusMust have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skillsAbility to thrive in a high-paced work environmentEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degreePMP / CAPM certification preferredWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
