Position Overview: As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. You will be responsible for your section within the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings. This role requires a strong foundation in Continental, Italian, and International cuisines, with a specific focus on pizza making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality of taste, appearance, and presentation. Take ownership of the pizza station, crafting a variety of pizzas with precision and creativity. Assist in the development and refinement of menu items, ensuring they align with our culinary vision and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate effectively with other members of the kitchen team to expedite orders and deliver a seamless dining experience. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment. Expertise in Continental, Italian, and International cuisines, with a focus on pizza making. Strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles, with the ability to execute dishes to perfection. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable.
