Job Description Urgent Requirements for Ground Staff, Immigration and Ticketing Executive DESIGNATIONS:- Custom Officer Immigration Customer Service Airport Engineer Ground Staff Ticketing Executive Airport Security Officer Airport Manager Air Traffic Controller Aircraft Maintenance We are seeking for energetic staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied. To be successful as staff, you should display outstanding interpersonal skills and achieve excellent customer service, which consistently meets the goals and vision. Ultimately, outstanding staff should be able to multi-task and ensure that every passenger is comfortable, aircraft delays, weather concerns and other factors that may affect passengers. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Excellent customer service skills. Strong work ethic. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the requirements of the role. Able to understand documents, learn and follow ticketing procedures, and other rules and regulations. Able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment. Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner. Strong leadership qualities and ability to create a passionate and efficient workforce. Able to effectively resolve employee conflicts. Ability to apply creative solutions that have a positive impact on results. Work Schedule:- You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Educational Qualification: According to the job profile qualification require from a Recognized Board or University. 2. If at any stage prior to or during the Employment of Candidate, it is found that the requisite qualification is not completed from a Recognized Board or University as determined, such candidates Offer for Employment or Employment is liable to be withdrawn or terminated. 3.
