Job Description Lead the design, implementation, and customization of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within NetSuite. Develop and maintain NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to NetSuite architecture principles. Design and implement scalable solutions for data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and optimal system performance. Stay abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related technical inquiries and issue resolution. Mentor and train junior team members on NetSuite development and configuration best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or Architect, with a minimum of X years of hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for NetSuite customization and configuration. In-depth understanding of NetSuite architecture, data model, and integration capabilities. Experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteCommerce Developer) are preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes is a plus.
