Role Description As a Pre-Sales Engineer at MOSH Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success in the fields of Industrial Automation, OT Network Systems, IIoT, and Manufacturing Digital Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our sales team and potential clients to understand their technical requirements, provide expert guidance, and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Industrial Automation, OT Network Systems, IIoT, and Manufacturing Digital Transformation to provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process. Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to identify and analyse their specific challenges and requirements. Develop innovative and effective solutions that address their needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, highlighting key features and functionalities. Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and cost estimates. Ensure that proposals are aligned with client requirements and address their business objectives effectively. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional technical support and guidance. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and successful delivery of solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, CS IT Engineering. 23 Years experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the field of Industrial Automation, OT Network Systems, IIoT, or Manufacturing Digital Transformation. Strong technical background with expertise in industrial automation systems, networking protocols, and digital transformation technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop innovative solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
