As Trainee: This is a full-time on-site role for Trainee. The will be responsible for assisting in compliance under Company law and Sebi Regulations. Qualifications Associate Company Secretary: Freshly Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI or having experience of upto 2 years. Trainees: Students registered with ICSI and who have cleared Executive Level Exam or Professional Level Exam.
