About Company:The Company offers the technical expertise of both these landmark companies in the domain of Electromechanical sub-assemblies. that includes a product range in the Automotive sector from both Electromechanical to Mechanical sub-assemblies viz- Brush cards, Hand primers, Armature, Magnetic coils, Fuel pumps, Wiper Systems.An Ideal Candidate:Strong knowledge of electrical systems, high voltage components, and automotive product development processes. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) for enclosure design and development. Experience in performing structural analysis, thermal analysis, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis using relevant engineering software. Familiarity with manufacturing processes for cast aluminum, sheet metal, and thermoset enclosures, and ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, tooling, and manufacturing partners.Key Competencies:1.Design and develop electrical enclosures for high voltage components in automotive applications, considering factors such as electrical insulation, heat dissipation, mechanical strength, and electromagnetic compatibility.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure effective integration of the enclosure into the overall system design.
3.Develop detailed enclosure designs, including 3D models, drawings, and specifications, adhering to industry standards and design guidelines.
4.Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure the successful fabrication and assembly of the enclosure components, considering the specific materials used (cast aluminum, sheet metal, thermoset, etc.).
5. Develop and execute test plans and protocols to evaluate the enclosures performance and durability, including environmental testing, vibration testing, and electrical testing.
6.Analyses test data and provides recommendations for design improvements or modifications to enhance the enclosures functionality, reliability, and safety.
