The incumbent should have an eye for Detail, Relationships with Relevant players in the sector, and sectoral Knowledge.Product Line includes:1. Loan Against Shares.2. Promoter Funding.3. Mid and Small Cap funding. (Unapproved One)Responsibilities:· Develop the LAS (Loan Against Securities)/Promoter Funding product with a specific client base· Identifying, Lead Generation, Onboarding Distributors, and Share broking partnerships for clients at an aggregate level.· Understand client needs, introduce the product offering, convince clients to adopt it, and increase client satisfaction.· Develop and nurture distributor networks and increase product acceptability resulting in the growth of Loan book.Desired Abilities:· 4 - 10 years of experience· Distribution Networks in Financial Services Like Loans, Broking, Mutual Funds· Experience in a client-facing role.· Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.· Advanced problem-solving skills.· Network and use market intelligence to increase reach in the market.Education:Bachelor/University degree or equivalent experience.About the Company:Abhiloans is a product of KNAB Finance Advisors Private Limited, a regulated NBFC registered with RBI.
