- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and whatsapp chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to address their questions and concerns.
- Assist clients with account setup, course enrollment, and technical support related to our training platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to course access, payments, and other account-related matters in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or departments for further investigation and resolution, following up with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding updates, changes, or disruptions to our training programs, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on all support tickets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to streamline customer support operations and enhance the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address client feedback and continuously improve our products and services.
- Candidate should be aware of MS Office hands on experience, especially MS Excel.
- Advanced excel usage is needed.
- Good to know how to handle Zoom usage and create the meetings schedule.
- Candidate should have knowledge of WhatsApp/Telegram group/broadcast handling.
- Candidate will be responsible for planning sessions/meetings and circulating messages to all the team.
- Candidate will be responsible to maintain the data of the batches running.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services, preferably in the finance or education industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to empathize with clients and effectively address their needs and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using Whatsapp, CRM software and other customer support tools to manage inquiries and track client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
