The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate potential clients interested in commercial real estate projects.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our commercial projects.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project offerings.
  • Documentation: Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Networking: Actively participate in networking events and engage with local communities to expand the reach and visibility of our projects.
Working Conditions:This is a full-time position based in Barnala, Punjab. The candidate should either be from the nearby location or willing to relocate to Barnala.Salary and Benefits:The salary for this position is competitive and ranges up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. In addition to the base salary, there may be opportunities for performance-based incentives.Ideal Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in commercial projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Barnala.
