- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in commercial projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Barnala.
