Block: Hitachi G series/VSP, Dell PowerMax/VMAX, Dell PowerStore/Unity, HPE 3PAR, Dell PowerFlex, Brocade SAN storage operational management and expert troubleshooting
File: Dell PowerScale/Isilon, NetApp (7mode/cmode & FSxN) storage operational management and expert troubleshooting
CAS: Dell Centera and ECS for archives operational management and expert troubleshooting
COS: IBM cloud object storage operational management and expert troubleshooting
Hands on experience with SAN, NAS and Object storage for multi-OEM environments
Analyze and decide the operating environments/software/firmwares and suggest for upgrades/patching.
Work closely with customer engineering teams to standardize the existing infrastructure and strategize improvements
Plan, test, develop and provide directions for execution of the technical solutions
Sound understanding of storage virtualization, software defined storage and connected platforms and applications.
Devise Disaster Recovery (DR) and/or Business Continuity Planning (BCP) solutions
Design and architect storage solutions based upon the workload requirements while closely working with the platform architects considering interdependencies.
Analyze vulnerabilities, register risks and develop strategies to mitigate
Sound understanding of the interconnected technologies
Service management tools know-how, specifically, Service-Now, IM (Incident Management), CM (Change Management), PM (Problem Management)
Must have good understanding of any of the public cloud offerings
(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
