- Responsible for filling operations and warehouse management at the plant located in Isambe, Khalapur.
- Responsible for executing daily filling plan or sequence including packaging to meet production & filling plan as per defined KPI's, controlling and coordinating day-to-day filling, receipts of empties and loading packed finish lube and ensure plant efficiency.
- Lead contractors team to maintain good housekeeping in plant (filling and warehouse) facilities to ensure a safe working environment
- Responsible to coordination and single point of contact (SPOC) for other functions or departments on: -
- Management of major changes (MoC) relating to filling and warehouse operations
- Interface matters with other functions and departments in SAP lube operations
- Customer complaint investigation, recommendation and implementation of remedy actions
- Feasibility study, recommendation and implementation of new initiatives to improve filling and warehousing capacity and efficiency
- Responsible for ensuring product are correctly packaged and labelled
- Ensure and enforce proper recording or accounting of bulk finish lube, empty packaging and moment of finish lube for strong controls measures
- Coordinate with M&R team to ensure the equipment is in operable condition, meeting design basis rates and capabilities
- Liaises with the M&R Team for major breakdown repairs, emergencies and scheduled preventative maintenance activities
- Ensure that testing and shutdown programs of the plant's Critical Safety Devices are carried out timely and follow up on any repairs or replacement to plant's Critical Safety Devices especially those that have been disarmed or deactivated
- Develop new work procedures and processes to ensure new or modified facilities or mode of operations meet corporate SSHE, quality and controls standards
- Conduct training for productions team on new or modified work procedures and processes
- Responsible for warehouse operation (Outbound movement and documentation and System Update)
- Responsible to coordinate with other business functions, departments in verification and investigation of operational variances during course of production
- SPOC on matters relating to HCP and oil loss
- Ensure the issuance of Permit-to-Work for work onsite are checked, verified and adequately signed off
- Shift Break for Control Room Supervisor (Shift) and Shift Supervisor when required
- Ensure package products in warehouse and managed FIFP basis, quarantine expired products and seek re-certification and expiry date extension before delivery
- Periodic product integrity checks to detect or manage damaged packaged products
- Ensure safe operations of warehouse or docking activities, human / forklift packaged products
- Efficiently manage warehouse loading and dispatching activities in cost effective manner.
- Manage contractors and truck drivers to ensure safe operations
- Ensure loading quantity match delivery document and Loading Orders
- Ensure safe operations of weighbridges and ensure proper weight-in and out for incoming receipt and outgoing delivery load
- Ensure safe working environment by verifying adherence to established standards, operating procedures and work instructions to achieve safe working environment and flawless execution of operations
- Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with CGPA 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing supply chain and production and filling at manufacturing plant.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Safety, Security, Health and Environment role
- Familiar with Manufacturing Ops process.
- Hands on work experience in production (blending and filling operations) in a manufacturing plant
- System Knowledge: SAP / Supply Chain Planning System.
- Familiar with ISO certification process and documentation
- Possess mechanical or electrical knowledge with hands on experience in lubricating oil , oil & gas, petrochemical operating or manufacturing plant.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry preferred.
